Build a Buddy Workshop

Join us for a bear‑illiant day of fun at one of our much‑loved Build a Buddy workshops!
Children will enjoy creating their very own teddy bear, carefully sealing it with a heartfelt wish to take home. Afterwards, they’ll relax with a snack and a story.
The teddy skins are made entirely from recycled materials—such as single‑use plastic bottles—cleverly upcycled into incredibly soft plush fur.
Dates & Times:
Friday 29th – Sunday 31st May
9.30am / 11am / 1pm / 2.30pm
The whole activity will take between 45-60 minutes depending on the group size. Suitable for all children over 18 months old and please be aware younger children will require assistance from their accompanying adult with the bear making.
Tickets & Prices:
£19.99 – A child ticket for our Build a Buddy workshop. Each ticket includes 1 accompanying adult.
Additional spectator tickets available, £3 per ticket, a maximum of one spectator ticket is available per booking. Your child ticket includes an accompanying adult.
A £1 booking fee will be added per transaction when booking tickets online.

The Lakeview Suite (located above the Farmhouse Kitchen Restaurant)
A lift is available if required
Useful information:
- Each child ticket will receive a homemade shortbread biscuit and a glass of squash.
- Special dietary requirements can be accommodated only if they are detailed at the point of booking.
- Each ticket booked is for 1 participating child and includes 1 accompanying adult. This adult must be over 18 and may be required to support the child in creating their bear during the event.
- One additional “spectator” adult ticket may also be booked per child.
- Unfortunately, due to limited capacity, we are unable to allow entry for any more than 1 additional adult or for non-participating children. If we were to admit any further spectators, it would reduce the number of children who could participate.
- A fixed online booking fee of £1 will be applied to all transactions at the checkout.
Allergy Statement: Whilst we do our best to reduce the risk of cross-contamination, all our dishes are prepared in a kitchen that handles allergens and therefore, unfortunately we can never 100% guarantee any dish will be free from traces.
