Enjoy exclusive use of our Play Barn and outdoor garden area for the duration of your party.
Book by appointment Monday – Friday with our party co-ordinator who will be able to guide you through all the options, packages, and prices. Online booking is not available for our Exclusive Hire Parties as they are subject to availability. Please email sproutsparties@milletsfarmcentre.com to enquire further.
To make your party extra special additional items can be added such as party bags and the all-important birthday cake.

Minimum Spend of £5000
Package Includes:
- Minimum of 30 children, maximum of 100 children.
- Each party child guest receives admission to the play area and admission for 1 free accompanying adult. The birthday child receives admission for 2 additional adults.
- Party food buffet with 6 food choices, freshly prepared by Rose Cottage Café. Breakfast, lunch and tea options are available. Food choices to be selected at time of booking.
- Guest list management which allows guests to give their name on arrival for easy admission via the main entrance.
- Invitation template emailed to you on booking or professionally printed invitations available to collect. Includes arrival instructions for your guests.
- Assistance from the team for the duration of your party who will welcome your guests and ensure the smooth running of your party.
- The team will also assist with cutting slices of cake to put into party bags if you wish.
- Tannoy announcement made by the team to help get all guests to return to the tables for food.
- Exclusive use of the Play Barn & Outdoor Garden Area for the duration of the party.
- One round of tea and coffee within the main seating area for adults on arrival.
- Unlimited squash and water for the duration of the party.
- Treasure chest gift trunk to store your child’s gifts for the duration of the party.
- Option to order a cake through our Bakery by calling 01865 392203, this will then be ready in Rose Cottage Café for collection during your session. The bakery team require at least two weeks’ notice for any cake orders. **Please be aware candles are not permitted within the Play Barn or Outdoor Garden area of Sprouts.**
