SPROUT ABOUT PARTY
Celebrate in style with a Sprout About Party! Parties can be booked within any of the usual session times, any day of the week (during school holidays) or weekends throughout the year. Great for school-age children and young ones alike.
Book online anytime or by appointment Monday – Friday with our party co-ordinator who will be able to guide you through all the options, packages, and prices, as well as show you the party rooms.
£22.50 per child
Package Includes:
- Minimum of 12 children, maximum of 35 children. Party room(s) will be allocated upon booking and an additional £50 fee will apply for bookings with over 25 children attending due to requiring 2 party rooms. This fee will be applied by our party co-ordinator once the final guest list has been confirmed.
- Party times: 9:15am – 11:30am / 12:00pm – 2:30pm / 3:00pm – 5:30pm, Saturday & Sundays plus weekdays within school holidays.
- Each party child guest receives admission to the play area and admission for 1 free accompanying adult. The birthday child receives admission for 2 additional adults.
- Party food buffet with 6 food choices, freshly prepared by Rose Cottage Café. Breakfast, lunch and tea options are available. Food choices to be selected at time of booking.
- VIP private entrance door into your party room and access into the play area directly from your party room.
- Wristbands for all of your guests.
- Invitation template emailed to you on booking or professionally printed invitations available to collect. Includes arrival instructions for your guests.
- Private party host for the duration of your party who will welcome your guests and ensure the smooth running of your party. Please note we cannot send out printed invitations.
- Your party host will assist in getting all guests to return back to the room for their food.
- Exclusive use of your party room for the duration of the party.
- One round of tea and coffee within your party room for adults on arrival.
- Unlimited squash and water for the duration of the party.
- Treasure chest gift trunk to store your child’s gifts for the duration of the party.
- Home bakers are welcome to bring their homemade cake. Please ensure any cakes do not contain nuts as we are a nut-free zone. Alternatively, you can order a cake through our Bakery by calling 01865 392203, this will then be in your room ready on the day of your party. The bakery team require at least two weeks’ notice for any cake orders. **Please don’t forget to bring matches and candles with you as this is something we do not supply.**
