
LOYALTY CARD
We would like to introduce our Farm Shop loyalty card.
Earn points when you shop and take advantage of promotions and offers throughout the year. We also hold seasonal exclusive loyalty card holder events.
Points can be saved and redeemed to suit you.
Here’s how it works:
- Earn one point for every £1 spent.
- One point is worth one penny to spend in Millets Farm Shop.
- Choose when to redeem your points, which will be deducted from the cost of your shop.
How to join:
If you haven’t already signed up, then download our app NEW Millets Farm Centre App and store your loyalty card digitally on your phone.
With the app, you can:
- View your current points balance
- Track your last 30 days of transactions
- Update your personal details

Once you’ve downloaded the app (available on the App Store and Google Play), scroll down on the home page until you see “Farm Shop Loyalty”. Click “learn more” which will then take you to a webpage. From here you can register for your new Digital loyalty card and start collecting points on your next shop.
If you want to make your existing Loyalty card digital then download the app as above but when asked if you already have an account choose Yes. You will need the email address linked to your loyalty card account and the 16 digit number on the back of your existing loyalty card to register.

Terms & Conditions: Card points cannot be exchanged for cash. Points are valid in Millets Farm Shop only and cannot be collected / redeemed in any other parts of Millets Farm Centre. Points can only be redeemed once your card is activated. Loyalty points cannot be used towards any pre-order purchases either from our online store or within the Farm Shop. However, points can be earned from pre-orders and these will be added to your card following collection (for Christmas orders this will be done during January). Points must be collected at the time of purchase, we cannot add points retrospectively. If you misplace your loyalty card there is an admin charge of £2 to issue a new card and transfer the points. We’ll use your email address to send offers throughout the year. You must present your loyalty card at the tills to redeem any applicable offers. We will remove Loyalty Card points from registered accounts that haven’t been used for one year.
