From gremlins and goblins to witches with charm, we invite you all to our Spook-tacular Farm! With a circus full of tricks, a disco full of spooks and fields full of pumpkins, there's spookily good fun to be had by all... if you dare! PYO Pumpkins
Our pumpkin field will be open again this Autumn, packed full of plump pumpkins to pick, spooky props to explore and plenty of fun for the whole family to enjoy. This year we’ve got some NEW optional extras to add-on to your pumpkin picking experience to enhance your day out!
Open for weekends only from 28th September, then daily from 19th – 31st October.
Our pumpkin field will feature Halloween themed props and photo opportunities, a hay bale stack for children to play on and a Halloween themed merchandise shop located in the pumpkin patch. The Millets Farm team will also be serving up some delicious themed refreshments for during your visit.
Everyone who wants to enter the fields must have an admission ticket – booking in advance is essential as tickets sell out fast! (Toddlers and babies under 2 years old can enter the fields free of charge).
Once in the field you choose the pumpkins you wish to take home with you and pay for these before leaving. Wheelbarrows will be available for you to use to transport your pumpkins to the exit desk. Pumpkins/squash prices vary depending on the size and variety of the pumpkins. Prices will be advised at entry to the pumpkin patch and again at exit.
Optional Extras
This year we’ve put together a selection of spooktacular add-ons to enhance your pumpkin picking experience here at Millets Farm! All of these are totally optional, but an admission ticket per person is required to access these.
If you have already booked your admission to our PYO Pumpkin daytime fields and decide later to add on an extra, please email bookings@milletsfarmcentre.com. Please note that all extras are subject to availability and we cannot guarantee that we will be able to add on your desired activities at a later date, so we recommend booking as early as possible.
Goody Bag
We’ll have your goody bag ready to pick up from the PYO admission hut, filled with Halloween themed goodies! £8.50 per bag.
Spooky Scarecrow Hunt
Can you find all of the scarecrows hidden around the patch? Complete the quiz and receive a prize at the end! £1 per entry.
Pumpkin Carving
On the 19th – 31st October, we will have pumpkin carving available. Held in a covered area, you will be provided with 1 medium size pumpkin (already washed and with the lid cut), a pumpkin carving kit to use and a tealight to pop inside your carved pumpkin. £8.99 per ticket.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at a ratio of 1:4 for this activity. An admission ticket to the pumpkin patch on the same date is required to access this.

20th October & 28th October: SEN Sessions
We’ll be opening early at 9am on these days and the first hour will be reserved for SEN tickets only to allow for a quieter, lower capacity session. You are welcome to stay for as long as you like. Please be aware that after 10am the pumpkin patch will be open to general tickets.
Carers tickets are free and can be booked to any of our specific SEN friendly sessions, along with your usual tickets. Proof of valid carers ID must be shown on arrival for any carers tickets. If you require multiple carers tickets for a large group booking, please email us on enquiries@milletsfarmcentre.com with your requests and we will get back to you with how to process this.
1st November: Dog Day!
On the 1st November we will be opening up our daytime pumpkin patch for your four-legged friends. Come along and treat them to a paw-some day out! Dogs are free of charge. Entry £2 per person, which includes a free pumpkin. Maximum of 2 dogs per person and dogs must remain on a lead at all times. Open 10am-3pm.

Online admission price from £1.50 – £2.50, depending on the date of your visit. Walk-in ticket prices from £2.00-£3.00. Everyone who wishes to enter the fields must have an admission ticket. Toddlers and babies under 2 years old can enter free of charge.

Do you love dressing up? Good…so do we!
That’s why this year we’ll be joined in the patch by Costumes.com, the number one retail destination offering costumes, makeup, décor, and accessories for Halloween and beyond.
They’re a company filled with people passionate about playing characters, having fun, and carrying one of the largest selections of costumes around. Want to prowl the night in style as Batman? Hang in Avengers HQ with Cap and Iron Man? Scare the neighbourhood children as an inflatable T-Rex? (Yes, that’s a thing.) Whatever your vision, chances are they have what you’re looking for. Look out for their pop-up shop in the daytime pumpkin field!

- Pre-booking required. If we are sold out we will not be allowing walk-in customers
- Halloween merchandise and pumpkin carving kits can be purchased at our Pumpkin Patch and within the Farm Shop
- Millets Farm is a working farm and the ground is uneven in places which can make it difficult for pushchairs or wheelchairs.
- For health and safety reasons, we ask that no motorised mobility aids are taken into the pumpkin field.
- Sorry, no dogs are allowed into the PYO fields. However, assistance dogs are permitted in all areas, and we politely request that they wear appropriate signage to help both our team and other customers understand their need to be there. They must remain on a lead, be kept under control and in close proximity to the disabled person throughout your visit. With the exception of our Dog Day on 1st November.

John Lawsons Halloween Circus
This thrilling, fun family show, features lots of new and popular acts especially for the whole family to enjoy!
Come along and join John Lawsons Circus as they return to Millets Farm once again this Autumn.

Pumpkins by Night
Get ready to immerse yourself in the Halloween spirit with a spooky trail, live acts, and a pumpkin to pick!
Grab a wheelbarrow and pick a pumpkin, then enjoy our sets of live entertainment or follow our trail complete with live actors. Delicious alfresco dinner options are available from one of our visiting food trucks, washed down by a local ale from the Parlour Brew bar. Children can enjoy the popular bale mountain and there will be a face painter available too. An unforgettable experience for the whole family.
We recommend this event for families with 8-16 year olds, or it could be the perfect date night with a twist!

Sprouts Play Barn Spooktacular Disco
Join the Sprouts team for a Spooooktacular evening full of play frame climbing and disco dancing fun!
Children can enjoy our huge play frame exploring all the play levels at night time with the lights down low and music up high!
Spaces for these evenings are limited, so please pre-book online in advance. Tickets cannot be purchased on the night of the event.
Our Rose Cottage Cafe will be open during the evening for disco goers to purchase refreshments.
