Dry Age Rib of Beef

Pre-order a beef rib and have it dry aged in our special chiller. The dry-aging process creates a more tender and flavoursome meat, perfect to enjoy for a special occasion.

Ribs can be dry-aged for 3-4 weeks, or 5-6 weeks. If you would like to enquire about another cut being dry aged, then please contact our butchery team via email butchery@milletsfarmcentre.com or call 01865 391163

Once your order is ready to collect, in either 3-4 weeks or 5-6 weeks from the date of ordering, someone from our butchery team will contact you to arrange collection.
