  • Q) Is there an entrance fee to Millets Farm Centre? Open or Close

    Entrance into our site, including the children's Play Area, Animal Walkway and Phoebe Woods, is free. However charges apply for the Falconry Centre, Sprouts play barn and seasonal events and pre-booking is required.

  • Q) Do we need to pay for parking? Open or Close

    No, parking is free and we have space for over 800 cars.

  • Q) What’s here for dogs? Open or Close

    We welcome responsible dog owners and their four-legged friends to our site. Please keep them on a lead at all times, including Phoebe Woods. Dog bins are provided throughout the site, animal walkway and around the perimeter of the overflow carpark – please make sure all mess is collected and placed in the bins provided. Well-behaved dogs are welcome inside most areas of Webbs Garden Centre as well as the outside seating area of the Flower Market Café. Please note, dogs aren’t permitted inside any of our eateries, Farm Shop, PYO areas or the Maize Maze.

  • Q) Do you have toilets? Open or Close

    Yes, we have toilets situated across our site. Webbs Garden Centre, the Restaurants and the Maize Maze (seasonal) have toilets inside. There is also a toilet block situated by the side of the Farm Shop and by the play area.

    We also have an adult sized, manual hydraulic changing bed (with safety barriers) located within Sprouts Playbarn. This facility is a generous room with full washroom facilities. Please ask at the Sprouts Playbarn’s admission desk for the room key and terms of use.

  • Q) Wheelchair accessibility & other mobility issues Open or Close

    Millets Farm Centre is wheelchair accessible with disabled parking and wheelchairs available on site. There are step-free entrances to the Farm Shop, Restaurants, Webbs Garden Centre, PYO fields and Falconry however care should be taken on uneven ground and areas with loose stones.

  • Q) Can we bring a picnic? Open or Close

    Yes, we welcome you to picnic on site and we have designated areas throughout our site for you to do so. We ask however that you do not bring picnics into the Restaurant eating areas.

  • Q) Where is the nearest train station? Open or Close

    Didcot Parkway or Oxford. Both are about 20 minutes away. Unfortunately there is no direct public transport from these stations to Millets Farm Centre.

  • Q) What bus do I get from Oxford? Open or Close

    Unfortunately there is no direct bus from Oxford to Millets Farm Centre. The Oxford to Wantage  (S8 / S9) route passes along the A338 which is 0.5 miles from the site entrance. Alternatively you can get a bus to Abingdon and then catch the 15.   • Q) What bus do I get from Witney? Open or Close

    Pulham Coaches run the 15 service travelling from Abingdon and Witney to Millets Farm Centre daily. The link totheir website is https://www.pulhamscoaches.com/ and the timetable page is https://www.pulhamscoaches.com/pulhams-bus-timetables/

  • Q) Do you sell vouchers? Open or Close

    Yes, the Farm Shop, Restaurants and Webbs Garden Centre all sell vouchers which can be purchased from the till points. Vouchers for the Farm Shop, Restaurants and Sprouts Play Barn can also be purchased online. Please note; these vouchers are not valid for Webbs Garden Centre.

    All vouchers purchased online can be used within the Farm Shop and Farmhouse Kitchen Restaurant. If you would like one for Sprouts Playbarn please state this at checkout. Your voucher will be posted out within 2-3 days of your order, please state in the order requirements box at checkout the address you would like your voucher posted to, especially if you would like it sent direct to the recipient. If you would like a personalised message put with your voucher, again please write in the order requirements box at checkout exactly how you would like it to be written.

  • Q) Can we bring a BBQ? Open or Close

    Due to fire health and safety guidelines, BBQ’s are not permitted on site.

  • Q) Do you have baby changing facilities? Open or Close

    Yes, these facilities are situated inside Webbs Garden Centre, the Restaurants and in the toilet block alongside the Farm Shop.

  • Q) Do you have an online shop? Open or Close

    Yes we do...Please visit our online shop here

    Garden furniture is also available via the Webbs Garden Centre website.

  • Q) Do you have any electric charging points? Open or Close

    Not currently but coming very soon!

  • Q) Do we need to book if we are a coach party? Open or Close

    No, booking is not required; however the coach driver will receive a free meal in our Farmhouse Kitchen Restaurant if coach parties are booked in advance. Please call 01865 391169.

  • Q) Do you have a bike rack? Open or Close

    Our bike rack is located in the car park aisle 1.

  • Q) Do you have wheelchairs? Open or Close

    Yes, we have several wheelchairs situated outside the entrance to the Farm Shop and also outside Webbs Garden Centre. If you need to reserve one please call the Farm Shop Produce team on 01865 392209 who should beable to asssit further.

  • Q) Do you allow gazebos? Open or Close

    Unfortunately for Health & Safety reasons we do not permit customers to erect their own gazebos on site.

  • Q) Do you accept AMEX? Open or Close

    Unfortunately we do not accept AMEX at any outlet on site, including the Farm Shop and Webbs Garden Centre.

  • Q) Can I book a children's birthday party at Millets Farm? Open or Close

    Unfortunately our main eateries do not have a dedicated party space.

    However the Falconry Centre, SPR Expeditions and during the summer months at Millets Maize Maze all offer party options. Also we have various different party options available at our Sprouts Indoor playbarn.

  • Q) Do you have a customer loyalty card? Open or Close

    Yes, we have various loyalty schemes: Sprouts Playbarn have a VIP Club. The Farm Shop has a loyalty card scheme, which you can find out more about here

  • Q) What is your carers policy? Open or Close

    Disabled visitors are entitled to one free carers ticket to many of our events. However, the guest with the disability and any further members of their party will pay full price. We are unable to offer carers tickets to our very low capacity events/workshop. Please email us a copy of your proof of disability/carer status exampled below to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. before you book your tickets online. 

    We will then send you a unique, single use, code to enter at the checkout that will discount your ticket to be free of charge. Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide a code if you cannot send the document. Please allow 72 hours to receive your code, especially if you make your request at the weekend, when we are at our busiest.
