Millets Farm Shop Mystery Shopper Report
Thank you so much for your interest in becoming a Mystery Shopper for Millets. We really appreciate your assistance in helping us to gather some independent feedback to enable us to continue delivering excellent customer service across all areas of the Farm Shop and to recognise excellence where appropriate.
- Please remember we are looking for honest and constructive feedback, whether that be positive or negative. Consider how we can use your comments to not only help us improve our customers’ experiences but also recognize and congratulate our Farm Shop team for a job well done or, indeed, an individual team member who ‘goes the extra mile’. Any suggestions for improvements will be gratefully received and all reports will be viewed and considered without prejudice.
- Decide when you are going to visit the shop as a mystery shopper and ensure you allow plenty of time to really look around all areas of the shop (not just your usual pattern of shopping), so you can complete the report comprehensively.
- Familiarise yourself with the questions before you visit, so you can give detailed answers when you fill out the report. You could always take a photo of the form on your mobile phone, so you can discreetly remind yourself of the questions whilst looking around and/or type on your mobile some specific reminders during your visit that you can then refer to later. (Other customers or staff will merely think you’re reading messages or texting someone.) Also, it is best to complete the report as soon as possible after your visit, so no details are forgotten.
- Ensure you engage with at least 1 member of staff so you can give a description of this interaction and describe the appearance of the person with whom you spoke. If you aren’t planning on purchasing anything from one of our counters, perhaps pretend you can’t find something or ask one of the counter staff (butchery, bakery, cooked meats and deli) about a particular item that you are not familiar with, or even ask for some information relating to our Loyalty Card scheme, etc.
- Please don’t mention this report to any staff during your shopping experience.
