Exhibiting with us

Please confirm you have limited liability insurance (a copy of which will need to be supplied if successful)

Please by aware that having limited liability insurance is a requirement of exhibiting at our events and must be in place before the event. 

For the outdoor events: Please confirm you have a gazebo and table (these will NOT be supplied by Millets)

Gazebos, tables and chairs are not provided by Millets and need to be brought along by exhibitors.

For the Christmas Craft & Gift Fair: Please confirm if you can attend the Saturday if this date is added.
For the Christmas Craft & Gift Fair: Do you require a table? (£10 charge)
For the Christmas Craft & Gift Fair: Do you require power? (£10 charge)
For the Christmas Craft & Gift Fair: You will be provided with a space equivalent to a 6ft trestle table, this includes the total space for your table and any supporting merchandising/signage you bring and all must fit within this space. Please confirm you understand and agree to this. Should you arrive to setup with more than can be accommodated, you will need to remove some items.

Please note that as these events are all free for customers to visit we don’t have footfall numbers, but they are all established events which attract a good footfall.

Dates: Saturday 9th May

Location: Outdoors – Grassed showground, on the overflow car park

Price: £30 plus vat (£36)

Event Overview:

  • Trading times: 9.30am – 4pm.
  • Pitch size: 3m x 3m. Please note that this is an outdoor event and gazebos and tables are not provided.
  • No power available.
  • WIFI should be available but please do not rely on this.
  • We can accommodate approx. 15 exhibitors.
  • Pitches will be located around the perimeter of the arena.
  • Layout of pitches will be decided by the Millets Events Team.
  • Unloading for set up will be located near to pitches.  

Dates: Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th May

Location: Outdoors – Hard standing central location within a cordoned off section of our main car park

Price: £45 per day (plus vat: £54) or £80 for 2 days (plus vat: £96)

Event Overview:

  • Trading times: 10am – 4.30pm both Saturday and Sunday.
  • Set up is available from 7.30am.
  • Pitch size: 3m x 3m. Please note that this is an outdoor event and gazebos and tables are not provided. Please ensure you have a suitable gazebo with weights.
  • No power.
  • WIFI should be available but please do not rely on this.
  • We can accommodate approx. 30 exhibitors.
  • Layout of pitches will be decided by the Millets Events Team.
  • Unloading for set up will be located near to pitches.
  • Stall set-up can be left overnight but please note we will not be providing overnight security and therefore cannot be held responsible for any items left on site.

Dates: Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th June

Location: Outdoors – Grassed showground, on the overflow car park

Price: £30 plus vat (£36)

  • We can accommodate approx. 30 exhibitors.
  • Layout of pitches will be decided by the Millets Events Team.
  • Unloading for set up will be located near to pitches. 
  • Stalls can be left overnight but please note we will not be providing overnight security and therefore cannot be held responsible for any items left on site.

Dates: Wednesday 11th, Thursday 12th, Friday 13th November. We may be including a late night opening and details will be confirmed with successful applicants.

Location: Indoors- Lakeview Suite

Price:

Option 1: Wednesday – Friday. £120 + vat (£144)
Option 2: Wednesday – Saturday. £165 + vat (£198)

Event Overview:

  • Times: Wednesday: 10am-7.30pm*
    Thursday-Friday (and Saturday if confirmed): 10-3.30pm.
  • A standard pitch is limited to a 6ft trestle table space.
  • Electricity in limited pitch locations is available to book in advance at £10.
  • Tables are not provided but are available to hire at £10 each.
  • Chairs can be provided FOC.
  • WIFI is available but can be unreliable.
  • We aim to accommodate approx.30 exhibitors.

Notes:

  • We can only accept bookings for the duration of the event.
  • Set up is from 2pm-5pm on Tuesday afternoon and from 7.30am on the Wednesday.
  • *We plan on holding a late night on the Wednesday which will be open to everyone. Our Farm Shop Christmas loyalty card holder event will also be held on this evening. We will look at holding a break in the late afternoon, ahead of the evening opening.
  • The Lakeview Suite is located upstairs, and a lift is available.
  • We cannot guarantee a specific location in the Lakeview main suite, Lakeview bar or meeting room, but we will always do our best to accommodate your wishes.

We have several opportunities available along our covered walkway for short-term trading.

Dates: From April-September

Location: Along the walkway between the Farm Shop and Garden Centre
Duration. Up to 1 month.
