Applications will be initially reviewed at the end of January. Applications received after this will be reviewed monthly. We will notify all applicants to let you know if you have been successful or not. Please note that completing the booking form does not entitle you to a pitch.

Exhibiting with us

Please confirm you have limited liability insurance (a copy of which will need to be supplied if successful)

Please by aware that having limited liability insurance is a requirement of exhibiting at our events and must be in place before the event. 

For the outdoor events: Please confirm you have a gazebo and table (these will NOT be supplied by Millets)

Gazebos, tables and chairs are not provided by Millets and need to be brought along by exhibitors.

For the Christmas Craft & Gift Fair: Please confirm if you have your own table to bring (these will NOT be supplied by Millets)

Please note that as these events are all free for customers to visit we don’t have footfall numbers, but they are all established events which attract a good footfall.

Dates: Saturday 11th May
Location: Outdoors – Grassed showground, on the overflow car park
Price: £35 per day (plus vat: £42)

Event Overview:

  • Trading times: 9.30am – 4.30pm.
  • Pitch size: 3m x 3m. Please note that this is an outdoor event and gazebos and tables are not provided.
  • No power or WIFI available.
  • We can accommodate approx. 15 exhibitors (ideally dog related).
  • Pitches will be located around the perimeter of our show arena.

Dates: Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th May
Location: Outdoors – Hard standing central location within a cordoned off section of our main car park
Price: £45 per day (plus vat: £54) or £80 for 2 days (plus vat: £96)

Event Overview:

  • Trading times: 10am – 4.30pm both Saturday and Sunday.
  • Set up is available from 7.30am on Saturday.
  • Pitch size: 3m x 3m. Please note that this is an outdoor event and gazebos and tables are not provided. Please ensure you have a suitable gazebo with weights.
  • No power or WIFI available.
  • We can accommodate approx. 30 exhibitors.
  • Stall set-up can be left overnight but please note we will not be providing overnight security and therefore cannot be held responsible for any items left on site.

Dates: Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th September
Location: Outdoors – Hard standing central location within a cordoned off section of our main car park
Price: £45 per day (plus vat: £54) or £80 for 2 days (plus vat: £96)

Event Overview:

  • Trading times: 10am – 4.30pm both Saturday and Sunday.
  • Set up is available from 7.30am on Saturday.
  • Pitch size: 3m x 3m. Please note that this is an outdoor event and gazebos and tables are not provided. Please ensure you have a suitable gazebo with weights.
  • No power or WIFI available.
  • We can accommodate approx. 30 exhibitors.
  • Stalls can be left overnight but please note we will not be providing overnight security and therefore cannot be held responsible for any items left on site.

Dates: Wednesday 13th, Thursday 14th & Friday 15th November
Location: Indoors- Lakeview Suite
Price: £95 + vat (£114) for the 3 days

Event Overview:

  • Times: 10am to 4pm daily.
  • A standard pitch is limited to a 6ft trestle table space.
  • Electricity in limited pitch locations is available to book in advance at £5.
  • Tables are not provided but are available to hire at £5 each.
  • WIFI is available but can be unreliable.
  • We aim to accommodate approx. 30 exhibitors.

Notes:

  • We can only accept bookings for all 3 days.
  • Set up is by prior arrangement on Tuesday afternoon and from 7.30am on the Wednesday.
  • We may do an exclusive opening on the Thursday evening 5-7pm which would be invite only to our Farm Shop loyalty card holders – this will be confirmed closer to the time if numbers allow.
  • The Lakeview Suite is located upstairs, and a lift is available.

Location: Outdoors – along the walkway between the Farm Shop and Garden Centre
Price: £35 per day (plus vat)

Overview:

  • We have 3 hard standing pitches available along our covered walkway in front of the Warwickshire Clothing marquee.
  • Pitch size: 3m x 3m. Please note that this is an outdoor space and gazebos and tables are not provided. Please ensure you have a suitable gazebo with weights.
  • Double pitches can be booked at a reduced rate.
  • No power or WIFI available.
  • Set up and trading times are at the discretion of the stall holder.
  • Stalls can be left overnight but please note we will not be providing overnight security and therefore cannot be held responsible for any items left on site.
