Conference space & Meeting Room – Our rooms offer an ideal space for up to 120 delegates, covering all types of meetings from cosy breakfasts, informal lunches and afternoon teas.

The Lakeview function space is located above the Farmhouse Kitchen Restaurant, with lift access and toilet facilities available; including disabled and baby change make it accessible to all. With a bar area and partition options available please arrange a visit if your would like to see for yourself how the space can work for you.

With easy access and ample free parking Millets Farm Centre is the perfect conference setting. Available from 8.30am-5.30pm you can be sure of a beautiful location with home cooked food. With lots of other on-site attractions, including our Farm Shop, Millets combines a great meeting environment with a taste of the countryside.

Half Day – Up to 4 hours – £360
(Please note; no per hour rate. Add on an extra hour for £50)

Lake Room:

An excellent and professional service was provided from beginning to end. Communication was excellent; Claire listened to our needs and used her expertise to support us to arrange our event. This meant we were well prepared in advance which ensured the day ran smoothly. Claire was on-hand throughout the day to assist in the smooth running of the event and nothing was too much trouble! I found Millets Farm conference room to be a beautiful and professional venue set in outstanding surroundings with great facilities, and a catering service offering delicious homemade/grown food. I would highly recommend this venue to others and this was reflected in the formal and informal feedback received from our delegates.

I wanted to say a very big thank you for everything you did to make our booking a successful event. We overran in the morning, your staff knew this without us saying anything and didn’t put the tea/coffee out. They waited till we were about to be ready and served them at the right time again without us needing to say anything. At lunch it was the same. I was asked when would we like to delay the lunch till, I gave a time and was told that it would not be a problem.

The food was exceptional and I was amazed by the quality and the presentation of everything. Your staff are a credit to your company and we all had a lovely day as a result. Thank you so much for everything you did and walking me through it all and making it easy.
