Millets Butchers was established in March 1990 and is operated by Graham Wann.
The Butchers sell high class products sourced locally wherever possible, from the top of the range meats, fillet steak, right to liver and tripe etc.
Over the years we have become one of the foremost outlets for our large B.B.Q. range during the summer months.  This is all prepared daily on the premises to traditional recipes, of which we have over 150 for sausages and on a daily basis approx. 40 lines are available summer and winter. As a point of interest we now prepare and sell in excess of 90 tons of sausages per year, we also display a large selection of cooked meats and pies for sale daily.
We aim to be a traditional Butchery and our permanent staff of 5 Butchers and 3 Sales Assistants are always on hand to suggest recipes and give cooking instructions etc.

At special times i.e. Christmas and Easter we pride ourselves on giving our customers exactly what they want and we feel that with our vast knowledge and expertise that we can provide a service that is second to none. As we follow the seasons quite stringently during the winter months in addition to all our normal lines there is always a large selection of Game for sale.
