Santa's Grotto will be open Weekends from Saturday 12th November until Sunday 11th December, then daily from Thursday 15th December.

No Christmas would be complete without a visit to Santa’s Grotto! Our unique experience starts with a walk through an enchanted and magical Christmas scene guided by Santa’s friendly elves. During the experience children will create their own reindeer food mix, ready for sprinkling on the lawn on Christmas Eve and learn a song ready to ‘sing along with Santa!’ Upon reaching Santa’s living room, prepare to be entertained with magical fairytale stories which are sure to delight and amuse both adults and children alike.The whole family can enjoy a tasty treat before it’s time for a ‘sing song’... do you remember the words?
No Grotto experience would be complete without a wonderful Christmas gift and a little something for all the family to enjoy.
The Frosts magical Grotto experience lasts approximately 40minutes, and with our online booking system all you need to do is turn up 10 minutes before your slot.
