Acorn Education seeks to raise awareness, connection to and experience of the natural world, heritage and folklore through arts, crafts, architecture and experiential archaeology.
We are currently researching the 'heritage of honey' and the traditional practices of skep beekeeping. A style of natural beekeeping that can be of great benefit to the honeybee. We are keen to expand our skep apiary and initiate new skep beekeeping projects.
We are based on an organic farm in South Oxfordshire.
